Please be aware of the updated maintenance window for the following planned network maintenance.

What:
As part of Pulsant’s lifecycle management, the Core Network Infrastructure Team and Cloud Platform team will be performing software upgrades on our Pulsant Cloud Infrastructure located in Newcastle Central (NE-1). As with any maintenance activity, there is an element of risk, although there is no expected impact to service, due to the redundancy built into our Cloud Platform systems.



Why:

This is part of ongoing maintenance of our platforms, which include software updates and infrastructure updates at the recommendation of the vendor along with in keeping within Pulsant lifecycle policy.



When:
The maintenance will take place during the following window:

Start: Wednesday 2nd April 2025 22:00 BST
End: Thursday 3rd April 2025 00:00 BST
