Dear Customer,
WHAT?
We will be carrying out a software upgrade to the F5 Loadbalancer platform at our Milton Keynes data centre.
To mitigate impact to service, we will be failing over to an upgraded F5 which is a sub second process. This will result in a reset of any current connections as the device fails-over. Reset connections will be re-established through the active device.
WHY? This is part of our regular software update cycle to ensure security and stability.
WHEN? The maintenance will take place during the following window: Start: 10/06/2020 22:00 BST End: 11/06/2020 01:00 BST
The all-clear notification will be sent as soon as the work has been completed.
