WHAT?
Pulsant engineers will be carrying out remedial/improvement work to the loadbalancing platform which supports the shared mailfarm services SMTP/POP/IMAP/WEBMAIL (mail.lumison.net, smtp.lumison.net, webmail.lumison.net)
This work will result in a reset of any current connections as the work is carried out. The expected outage of each of the services is not expected to exceed five minutes
WHY? This is to improve connectivity and stabilise the platform.
WHEN? The maintenance will take place during the following window: Start: 10/06/2020 23:00 BST End: 11/06/2020 01:00 BST
The all-clear notification will be sent as soon as the work has been completed.
