Please be aware of the following planned maintenance window for our Monitoring Platform.
WHAT
In keeping with the vendors recommendations we will be carrying out scheduled maintenance of our monitoring systems.
WHY
This is part of ongoing upgrades of our monitoring platform to provide increased resiliency and performance.
WHEN?
The maintenance will take place during the following window:
Start: 06/12/2023 @ 10:00 BST
End: 07/12/2023 @ 18:00 BST
SERVICE IMPACT NONE
There will be no planned service impact, this is an advisory note, as there will be reduced visibility of infrastructure performance metrics.
Please note that during this period it is essential to highlight any potential performance issues via the Client Services Team.
A completed notification will be sent out once the works have been completed and normal service has resumed for each maintenance window. If you have any questions, please raise a ticket by emailing support@pulsant.com or by calling our support team directly.
