Please be aware of the following planned network maintenance.
What:
As part of Pulsant's lifecycle management, the Network Infrastructure team will be performing a core network maintenance on our Pulsant Cloud management Firewalls located in Newcastle NE-1. During this time, access to cmp.pulsant.com will be considered as at-risk. As with any maintenance activity, there is an element of risk although there is no expected impact to this service. Pulsant engineers will extend the post maintenance monitoring window to provide additional support for the monitoring team.
Why:
This work is required to upgrade the software on our management Firewall estate at the recommendation of the vendor and is in keeping with Pulsant device lifecycle policy.
When:
The maintenance will take place during the following window:
Start: Tuesday 16/06/2026 1800 BST
End: Tuesday 16/06/2026 2000 BST
