Incident or Maintenance Description: WHAT? As part of ongoing performance and reliability improvements, the cloud support team will be carrying out maintenance to the Pulsant Enterprise Cloud web interface. No interruption to normal operation of your Virtual Machines (VMs) is expected. During the maintenance window, the Customer Cloud Management interface, accessible via the web, will be unavailable for short periods of time.
WHY? This is part of ongoing maintenance of our cloud platform.
Impact On Services: Access to the Cloud Portal may be interrupted for some or all of the maintenance period.
