Pulsant is investigating the recent network resilience issue at data centre SE-3.
The affected link is currently up but remains unstable. We’re working with our upstream provider to resolve this as quickly as possible and will share updates as they become available.
We continue to monitor the link closely until full stability is confirmed.

Pulsant engineers have identified a faulty fibre device in our SE-3 data centre. We are actively exploring replacement options to restore full service.
At this time, the issue is believed to be causing a loss of resilience.
