Please be aware of the following planned network maintenance.
What: As part of Pulsant’s lifecycle management, the Network Infrastructure team will be performing a core network maintenance on our IP Fabric switches located in Newcastle Central NE-1. As with any maintenance activity, there is an element of risk, although there is no expected impact to service for resilient services. Pulsant engineers will extend the post maintenance monitoring window to provide additional support for the monitoring team.
Why: This work is required to upgrade the software on our switching fabric at the recommendation of the vendor and is in keeping with Pulsant device lifecycle policy.
