WHAT? Pulsant Engineers will be working upon the Pulsant Cloud and Pulsant Desktop infrastructure. This platform provides Cloud and Virtual Desktop services.
This is an At Risk notification, due to the redundant nature of the systems no interruption to service is expected.
We will see short outages to the cloud management platform while undertaking the work.
WHY? This is part of ongoing maintenance of our platforms, which include software updates and infrastructure changes.
