Dear customer,

WHAT?
As part of ongoing performance and reliability improvements, Pulsant will be carrying out maintenance to the Customer Cloud Management interface (cloud.pulsant.com).
No interruption to normal operation of your Virtual Machines (VMs) is expected. During the maintenance window, the web interface will be unavailable for short periods of time.

WHY?
This maintenance is to allow customers to utilise the new HTML5 tenant portal and reduce the reliance on Adobe Flash Player, which has an end of support date of the 31/12/2020.
Once the upgrade has been completed, Pulsant would encourage customers to update their bookmarks to point at the new HTML5 interface. To do so, log in as normal and follow the link which is presented in the yellow banner at the top of the screen. Pulsant will fully deprecate support for the Flash Player interface during Q1 2021 at which time old links will automatically be redirected to the HML5 interface.
