WHAT?
Pulsant engineers will be performing maintenance upon Pulsant Cloud Morpheus managment platform. This platform provides cloud account managment capabilities via publicly accessible https://cmp.pulsant.com URL.
This is an At Risk notification, there will be a short interruption to the service so temporary service outage is expected as part of this maintenance however this work will not affect or disrupt in any way client infrastructure running on Pulsant Cloud. Only the Pulsant Cloud managment interface will be affected during the maintenance period.
WHY?
This is part of ongoing maintenance of our platforms, which include software updates and infrastructure changes.

The maintenance will take place during the following window:

End: 26/01/2026 23:59 GMT
