WHAT?
Pulsant engineers will be performing core network maintenance at our Telehouse Metro London PoP. Pulsant IP Transit services will be at risk during the maintenance however no outage is expected, a short period of additional latency may be seen as routes reconverge to an alternative path.

WHY?
This maintenance is essential as part of Pulsants lifecycle management to replace hardware.

WHEN?
The maintenance will take place during the following window:

Start: Wednesday, March 6th at 21:00h GMT
End: Thursday, March 7th at 02:00h GMT

The outage window is expected to be around 22:00 after preliminary work has been completed.

The all-clear notification will be sent as soon as the work has been completed.
