WHAT? Pulsant engineers will be performing a core network maintenance at our South London Data Centre. This work is to upgrade software on a distribution switch to add functionality as part of Pulsant's software review lifecycle. IP Transit services in South London will be AT RISK during this window due to the loss of resiliency.
WHY? This maintenance is part of Pulsant’s software review cycle
WHEN? The maintenance will take place during the following window:
Start: Thursday, June 20th at 18:00 BST End: Friday, June 21st at 02:00 BST
During the maintenance window, we would expect to run without resilience for no more than 10 minutes between 20:00 and 21:00, after which engineers will monitor, should any roll back be required within the window, another 10 minute period would apply.
The all-clear notification will be sent as soon as the work has been completed.
