Please be aware of the following planned network maintenance.
What:
As part of Pulsant's lifecycle management, the Network Infrastructure team will be performing a core network maintenance on our IP Fabric switches located in Edinburgh SC-2. As with any maintenance activity, there is an element of risk, although there is no expected impact to service for resilient services. Pulsant recommends clients test and confirm their failover configuration is setup correctly in advance of the maintenance. Pulsant engineers will extend the post maintenance monitoring window to provide additional support for the monitoring team.
Why:
This work is required to upgrade the software on our switching fabric at the recommendation of the vendor and is in keeping with Pulsant device lifecycle policy.
When:
The maintenance will take place during the following window:
Start: Tuesday 21/04/2026 2000 BST
End: Tuesday 21/04/2026 2300 BST
