WHAT
Per Vendor guidelines, Pulsant engineers will upgrade the Edinburgh Asigra Cloud Platform as part of our ongoing Product Development and Maintenance Program.

SERVICE IMPACT
During the maintenance window, there will be an expected interruption to service availability between 13:00 - 16:00 affecting both Backups and Restores.

WHY
This work is part of the ongoing Product Development and Maintenance Program and recommended by the Vendor, ensuring the latest product fixes and features are available.

WHEN
Work is scheduled to be carried out during the following maintenance window:

Start: Wednesday 20th November 2024 at 13:00 BST
End: Wednesday 20th November 2024 at 16:00 BST
