Dear Customer,
The following notification applies to Network services at the Pulsant Reading (TVHC1/TVHC2) facilities.
What: Following a partial network outage yesterday (14th May 2019) we require to carry out Emergency maintenance to correct the underlying fault affecting the above Data Centres between 18:00 and 20:00 BST 15th May 2019
Why: This is to correct network configuration which is not consistent across all routers in the Reading segment of the network.
When: Between 18:00 and 20:00 BST Wednesday 15th May 2019
To mitigate risk, Pulsant has scheduled for these works to be carried out at the end of the working day.
The At-Risk window will be kept to an absolute minimum and there is no outage expected.
