Dear Customer,

Please be aware of the following planned network maintenance.

Pulsant will be performing a core network maintenance on our SDN switches located in South Gyle. As with any maintenance activity, there is an element of risk although there is no expected impact to service. Pulsant cloud services will be at risk for the duration of the maintenance.

This work is required to upgrade the software on our switching fabric to apply the latest security patches.

The maintenance will take place during the following window:

Start: Wednesday 24th April 2019 21:00 BST
End: Thursday 25th April 2019 03:00 BST
