Please be aware of the following planned Backup Platform maintenance.
What: Pulsant has a requirement to update a firmware on our hosting servers urgently to prevent any unexpected outages, This is being performed during the day so there is no expected impact to service.
Why: This work is required to resolve firmware bugs on hardware and adds resilience for services to the datacentre.
When: The maintenance will take place during the following window:
