Please be aware of the following emergency network maintenance.
What:
Pulsant will be performing a core network maintenance on our SDN switches located in Milton Keynes in response to vendor advice to prevent a potential unplanned outage. As with any maintenance activity, there is an element of risk although there is no expected impact to service. Pulsant engineers will extend the post maintenance monitoring window to do additional customer solution testing and to enhance visibility of any potential issues that may occur post maintenance. Additional Microsoft/Linux engineers will be available throughout this emergency maintenance window.
Why:
This work is required to upgrade the software on our switching fabric at the recommendation of the vendor.
When:
The maintenance will take place during the following window:
Start: Wednesday 29th July 2020 22:00 BST
End: Thursday 30th July 2020 03:00 BST
