Dear Customer,

WHAT?
Pulsant engineers will be performing core network maintenance at our Telehouse Metro London PoP. Pulsant IP Transit services will be at risk during the maintenance however no outage is expected, a short period of additional latency may be seen as routes reconverge to an alternative path.

Customers with leased lines terminating in Telehouse Metro will experience an interruption to these services during the maintenance window.

WHY?
This maintenance is essential as part of Pulsants lifecycle management to replace hardware.

WHEN?
The maintenance will take place during the following window:

Start: Wednesday, June 12th at 21:00h BST
End: Thursday, June 13th at 02:00h BST

The outage window is expected to be around 22:00 after preliminary work has been completed.

The all-clear notification will be sent as soon as the work has been completed.
