Dear Customer,

WHAT?
Pulsant engineers will be performing a core network maintenance at our Newbridge data centre. This work is required to add additional capacity to the core devices located here and will result in a short amount of downtime (estimated up to ten minutes) for customers with non-resilient MetroEthernet/DC Connect services. Pulsant IP transit will be at risk during the maintenance however no outage is expected.

WHY?
To support future bandwidth requirements for the Newbridge DC.

WHEN?
The maintenance will take place during the following window:

Start: Tuesday, February 26th at 22:00h GMT
End: Wednesday, February 27th at 02:00h GMT

The all-clear notification will be sent as soon as the work has been completed.
