WHAT?
Pulsant engineers will be performing core network maintenance at our London Telehouse North PoP. Pulsant IP Transit services will be at risk during the maintenance but no outage is expected. Customers may experience a short period of additional latency as routes re-converge to an alternative path. Note, Customers with single fed / non-resilient MetroEthernet or DC Connect services terminating at Telehouse North will experience an outage of up to one hour during this maintenance.

WHY?
This maintenance is to upgrade router software as recommended by the vendor, following a recent incident.

WHEN?
The maintenance will take place during the following window:

Start: Wednesday, November 13th at 22:00 GMT
End: Wednesday, November 13th at 23:59 GMT

The all-clear notification will be sent as soon as the work has been completed.
