Dear Customer,

Please be aware of the following planned maintenance window for our Fire Suppression System at our South London Facility – Data Hall 1 only.

WHAT
In keeping with the manufacturer's recommendations and the Pulsant planned and preventative maintenance regime, we will be carrying out scheduled Fire Suppression System maintenance and end of life Suppressant Bottle replacement program at our South London Facility serving Data Hall 1 only.

SERVICE IMPACT
NONE - There will be no planned service impact, this is a courtesy advisory notification as the specialist 3rd party contractor will be on site and there will reduced resilience on the Fire Protection system, whilst these essential works are carried out in this Data Hall only. All other systems remain unaffected. There will be increased physical site patrols during this maintenance window period.
Complete fire suppression protection will be restored upon completion of these essential works.

WHY
Pulsant follow a stringent Planned Preventative Maintenance regime. These works forms a major part of this regime.
Pulsant's specialist Fire Suppression contractors will be on site to complete the scheduled maintenance and bottle replacement program, supervised by the datacentre management team throughout.

WHEN
Work is scheduled to be carried out during the following maintenance windows:
Thursday 18th October 2018, commencing at 09:00 BST and ending by 16:00 BST on Thursday 18th October 2018.
The "Reduced Reliance" window will be kept to an absolute minimum and the Fire Suppression systems will be returned to full resilience at the earliest opportunity.
A completed notification will be sent out once the works have been completed and normal service has resumed for each maintenance window.
