Dear Customer,
WHAT? Pulsant engineers will be performing a core network maintenance at our Maidenhead data centre. Pulsant IP Transit connections on the ex-poundhost network will be at risk for the duration of the maintenance however no outage is expected.
WHY? To correct a routing problem with resiliency which affected some customers during a recent core maintenance window.
WHEN? The maintenance will take place during the following window:
Start: Wednesday, February 20th at 22:30h GMT End: Wednesday, February 20th at 23:00h GMT
The all-clear notification will be sent as soon as the work has been completed.
