Dear Customer,
Please be aware of the following planned network maintenance.
What: Pulsant has multiple fibre routes into our Maidenhead datacentre, one of our suppliers requires to perform maintenance to add capacity and resilience to the datacentre, this work will be carried out close to existing live services and therefore as with any maintenance activity carries a risk. There is no expected impact to service.
Why: This work is required to increase capacity and adds resilience for services to the datacentre.
When: The maintenance will take place during the following window:
Start: Thursday 20th June 2019 10:00 BST End: Thursday 20th June 2019 18:00 BST
