Dear Customer,

Please be aware of the following planned maintenance.

What:
Pulsant is migrating call handling to a new telephony platform.
No interruption to call handling is expected however the at risk window should be observed for the duration of the maintenance as noted below.

Why:
Over the last few months work has been underway by Pulsant in order to develop our continuous service improvement program for 2019, continuing our journey to become the leading service provider in the UK.
As part of this program, we are implementing a new telephony system. This is one of a number of improvements we’re making to improve customer experience.

When:
The maintenance will take place during the following window:

Start: Wednesday 17th April 2019 16:00 BST
End: Wednesday 17th April 2019 20:00 BST
